What services do you provide?
We are a branding company in Rochester, MN that offers branding services, web development & management, keyword research, graphic design, logo design, social media branding, brochures, postcards, billboards, and more.
Do you only work with startups and new companies or can you help older, more established businesses as well?
Whether you are a seasoned business owner or a start-up entrepreneur, we are here to grow your business. We specialize in website redesigns, logo refreshers, and other branding services your business may need.
Do you do monthly website maintanance?
We offer full monthly website maintenance and updates.
What hosting options do I have?
We are expertly skilled and offer two hosting options: Wix and SquareSpace.
Do you require payment upfront?
We require a 50% non-refundable downpayment for all web design and branding projects. Once the project is completed and approved by you, the remaining 50% is due. After receiving the full funds, the project or documents are handed over.
What is the client onboarding process?
I love to start with a meeting to get to know you, and see if I will be the best fit for the services you are looking for. After collaborating and getting a clear vision of your needs, we fill out a signed contract of the services you require, due dates, and required deposit. From there, I ask extensive questions to ensure I understand your needs clearly.
How long until I have my completed project?
This is dependant on your response time. Aside from websites, we like to get projects completed within 14 business days of receiving the down payment.
Websites take us 30 - 60 days to fully complete depending on your response time. We do offer a "rush fee" of $1,200 to complete a website in less than 30 days (also dependant on your response time.)
A project will not start until 50% down is received, and will not be handed off for your use until 100% of the funds are received.
